We are a company specialized in the development of tourism and real estate projects in Punta Cana, the eastern part of the Dominican Republic.
Founded in 2017, our company has established itself as one of the leading real estate developers in the Caribbean region.
We have a multidisciplinary team and a portfolio of 18 projects residential, of which 11 have already been delivered, 3 are under construction y 4 in marketing.
In addition, in 2025 we will launch 2 new projects, adding more than 2.000 units.
Our track record includes more than 1.200 units sold and 172 delivered in strategic locations in Punta Cana, such as Los Corales, Cocotal and Cap Cana.
