Cassia Punta Cana, located in Los Corales In Bávaro, it offers 361 residential units, comprised of 19 villas, 64 hotel suites, and 278 branded residences with one, two, and three bedrooms. The project integrates luxury, comfort, and contemporary design, with a full range of amenities: a gym, beach volleyball, restaurants, a pool bar, mini-golf, swimming pools, playgrounds, and gardens. Each branded residence and hotel suite is designed to provide a unique experience, true to the dynamic and welcoming style of the Cassia brand.
Angsana Cap Cana will feature 296 branded residences with one, two, and three bedrooms, with privileged views of the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and just steps from Juanillo Beach. The project combines luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality, offering connected living spaces, premium services, and an exclusive setting. Each unit reflects the Angsana brand style, creating a unique experience in Cap Cana, the most exclusive area in the eastern Dominican Republic.
Garrya Punta Cana, located in the exclusive Coral Golf Resort, stands out for its simplicity, minimalism, and spatial design. The project will feature 305 branded residences with spectacular views of the lake or the 18-hole golf course designed by PB Dye. Among its main attractions is a 415 m² spa, a true temple of wellness and relaxation. This space will become the heart of the project and a benchmark for wellness hospitality in Punta Cana.
