In an increasingly competitive market, quality is the factor that makes the difference between a company that adapts and one that leads. At Gesproin Group, we are clear about this and understand that quality is not an isolated area, but a way of thinking and acting that permeates everything we do. With this premise, we held a Quality Culture Workshop for all company employees, taught by Juan Diego Pareja, Director of Quality at Gesproin Group. This workshop, more than a training activity, marks the beginning of a new era for the organization, with a greater emphasis on quality as the central axis of our growth.

Quality as everyone's commitment

During the event, it was emphasized that quality goes far beyond a technical standard: it's an organizational culture that requires consistency, commitment, and purpose from every employee. Each person in the company is a fundamental cog, and individual effort translates into collective success.

Quality is, therefore, everyone's responsibility. From the smallest detail in our daily work to the strategic vision of our projects, every action contributes to building a stronger, more reliable, and recognized company.

A quality plan with a vision for the future

Juan Diego presented the Gesproin Group Quality Plan (June 2025–June 2026), which is not just a document, but a roadmap that aligns the entire organization under a single purpose: doing things better every day. The first step is to identify existing problems in order to effectively solve them.

The goal is for all Gesproin Group projects to be developed under the same organization and methodology, ensuring clear processes, consistent results, and a high level of quality in each delivery.

As part of this plan, an employee performance measurement methodology will also be implemented to identify areas for improvement, both individually and as a group. This approach will allow for the design of concrete solutions that boost the development of each employee and strengthen collective performance.

Another key point addressed is reputation. Quality not only impacts the perception of the company, but also that of each of its employees.

A well-executed project not only strengthens the Gesproin Group brand, it also enhances the prestige of those who make it possible. Therefore, ensuring quality also means safeguarding our personal and professional image.
