Diego Sosa returns to Gesproin Group with a new Service Quality workshop

On his second visit, leadership expert Diego Sosa gave an intensive workshop to strengthen customer service and team productivity.

On October 4 and 5, Gesproin Group organized an enriching Workshop on Quality of Service, taught by experts in leadership and personal development, Diego Sosa and Rodali Santana, in the project showroom Secret GardenThis event was designed to strengthen the culture of service among Gesproin Group employees and align teams with the company's objectives.

The first part of the workshop, held in the morning, was focused on Gesproin Group employees. During this session, Sosa addressed key topics such as the evolution towards time of service, Identifying moments of truth in interaction with customers, and the impact that the quality of services has on satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, there was a special intervention by Mariel Polo (Head of Occupational Health and Safety) y Felipe Beltran (CEO and Founder of Ecoservices Dominicana), who shared important news about Gesproin Group. Both highlighted the importance of being a sustainable company and the need to implement good practices in the different areas of work, with the aim of creating a safe work environment.

In the afternoon, another workshop was held for a specific group of employees, including managers and representatives from different departments. This second session focused on the development of the Service quality through emotional intelligence, with a focus on empowerment of employees and the alignment with company objectives.

The next morning, he continued with an interactive session that delved deeper into the applied creativity to improve customer service and assertive communication both in internal and external relationships. With a practical approach, Sosa shared techniques for optimize time and increase the productivity, concluding an event that left all participants motivated and aligned with the high service standards that Gesproin promotes in its projects.
