The Banyan International Group arrives for the first time in the Dominican Republic, a strategic alliance is signed with Gesproin Group
The real estate development group Gesproin Group signed a strategic alliance with the Banyan Group, an independent and global hotel management company. This union marks a milestone in the Dominican Republic, consolidating the country with the largest offer in the tourism and hotel sector in the region.
The announcement of the alliance was made within the framework of the inauguration of the Gesproin Village shopping mall, located on Avenida Francia in the area of Los Corales, this project being a neural part of the iconic Secret Garden
Based on authenticity and sustainability, Banyan Group will manage Gesproin Group's hotel developments under three of its renowned brands, ensuring high-quality service and unique experiences for owners and guests.
The Secret Garden project, in Los Corales, will operate under the “Cassia” brand, and will be called Cassia Punta Cana. It will include 64 hotel suites and up to 278 branded residences and is scheduled to open at the end of next year.
On the other hand, Wave GardenLocated in Cap Cana, the resort will feature up to 296 branded residences and will be managed under the “Angsana” brand. It will be called Angsana Cap Cana and is scheduled to open in September 2025.
Likewise the two phases of Moon Garden, at Coral Golf Resort, in Cabeza de Toro, will have a total of up to 305 branded residences. They will be managed under the “Garrya” brand and will be called Garrya Punta Cana. The first phase of Moon Garden It will be delivered at the beginning of 2027 and the second phase in September of the same year.
Secret Garden, future “Cassia Punta Cana” has been designed by the architectural studio EME Concepts, while Wave Garden (Angsana Cap Cana) and Moon Garden (Garrya Punta Cana) are works by the renowned Morph. Gesproin Group collaborates with important Spanish architectural firms on its projects, guaranteeing the quality and innovative design that characterise its developments.
During the development of the event, the more than 300 attendees had the opportunity to have a “real life experience” as the company held an exhibition of different units with Secret Garden model apartments, Wave Garden and the new Cassia Punta Cana Suites.
These spaces showed the quality and “quiet luxury” style that characterize all Gesproin Group developments, now enhanced by the management experience provided by Banyan Group.
