Coral Golf Resort was presented at the XNUMXth edition of the Great Real Estate Show held last month in Bogotá, Colombia
On August 10, the Great Real Estate Show 2023 took place, held in Bogotá, where the Coral Golf Resort designed by the prestigious Spanish architecture studio Morph and marketed by the Dominican company was unveiled. Gesproin Group.
With more than 20.000 visitors, the Dominican Republic was the guest of honor at this international meeting. At this event, professionals from the real estate development sector were able to present the wide range of real estate offerings with a focus on tourism and the enormous investment opportunities that this Caribbean country currently offers.
Different residential projects were presented in the host country, since Colombians are among the nationalities that invest the most in the Dominican Republic, if we talk about real estate, due to the tax advantages and benefits granted by the Dominican government to international investors. In addition, you can travel between both countries without a visa with a wide range of flights.
With more than 150 exhibitors, Coral Golf Resort had its own stand. Attendees were able to see first-hand the attractiveness of the project. A project that has more than 40 real estate development lots, of which more than 50% have already been sold.
PROJECT
In the eastern part of the Dominican Republic, specifically in Cabeza de Toro, Punta Cana, is Coral Golf Resort. An outstanding real estate initiative that has more than 1.3M m2 of land. It will be composed of more than 40 lots in order to create a high-class multi-family residential complex in the middle of a huge and spacious golf course. It will have 18 holes and is designed by PB Dye, one of the world's leading golf course designers.
